Board met April 8, 2019.

Present were Matthew Talley, Larry Talley, Alison Talley.

We designated this meeting as our annual meeting of 2019.

We agreed to create an Alaska affiliate website using Confluence, as it was easier and less expensive than the alternatives provided by the national LDA organization and their contractors.

Meeting adjourned.

Subsequently Larry and Matthew created this site, and registered the domain name ldaofalaska.atlassian.net as our site URL.
